We invite diplomats
and other knowledgeable individuals,
such as academics, to contribute
relevant articles to Diplomatist
Magazine.
Stick to our
buzzline, which is ‘a monthly from India
covering political, public, economic,
and soft diplomacy; promoting goodwill
amongst nations; enabling
people-to-people contact and
communications worldwide’ and we’d be
happy to carry your piece.
We
do have a few stipulations, as follow:
- Limit your article to no more than
2000 words – fewer than 1500 words
preferably;
- If you send photos, ensure that they
are of high enough resolution for
quality printing;
- We do not pay guest writers, but we
do, of course, carry their ‘by line.’
They may also send a 15-20 word sentence
about themselves that we’ll carry
beneath the article, which could include
the email address if they wish.
- We reserve the right to edit and/or
reject contributed articles. We will
send back edited articles to the author
for his/her approval prior to publishing
– most editing pertains to small
corrections in English grammar; English
being our mother tongue, and not
necessarily that of the authors.
- In the covering letter or email that
introduces your piece please give us
your name, organization, position held
and full address, and tell us that we
have permission to reproduce/print your
article in Diplomatist Magazine.
That’s simple enough! Send
articles by email to
diplomatist.editor@gmail.com.
