Hawkeye India is a fifty percent Canadian owned tour facilitator based in New Delhi, India. The firm was established with the purpose of organizing tours to India for Western visitors. Linda and William (Bill) Hawke are the founders and sole owners of the firm.

Linda is a citizen of India of Anglo Indian ancestry with a business background. William is a citizen of Canada and a former Canadian Navy Petty Officer. Linda and William married in 1996 and entered into the realm of publishing. HAWKEYE India is a subsidiary of L.B. Associates (Pvt) Ltd, the couple’s publishing house.

What is a tour facilitator?

Hawkeye India is not a tour operator. The firm acts as an interface between foreign visitors to India and providers of tour-related services. In short, the firm conceives a tour package, arranges details with its network of tour operators, recruits the tourists, and accompanies them on the tour to ensure quality. Being experienced in the business ways of India, the firm negotiates with local tour operators to ensure a proper balance between rates charged and quality of services rendered.

Linda and William – the principals of Hawkeye – are experienced international travelers and are therefore coherent in the requirements of discerning Western tourists. The firm has established a tried and tested team of associated tour operators in all parts of India.
